Since nothing corresponds with those part numbers, I recommend measuring your existing struts to find a replacement. For example, the Gas Shock # 372-5300-60 measures 20" extended and 11.41" compressed. If you have similar measurements you could use this as a replacement. If you need a 10 mm ball socket for the struts you can use the # 372BR-1020 or # 372BR-12553 for installation.

In order to find the correct replacement for your 2011 Heartland Elkridge you are going to need to identify your current pin box. Typically there is a sticker located on the pin box or king pin with the pin box number. If you are unable to find the sticker then you may be able to contact the manufacturer with the VIN to see what pin box it has. If all else fails, you will need to measure the bolt pattern.
